团队介绍:

本团队由浙江省万人计划创新领军人才、浙江省钱江学者特聘教授郭隆华教授领衔,由李蕾教授、王红梅教授、曾延波教授、刘海清教授、汪剑波教授、尹争志副教授、杨义文副教授、周国宝副教授、郭丽萍副教授、王海龙副教授、郭海洋博士、王悦靓博士、姚媛媛博士、陈丽芬博士、林丙永博士等教师和研究生组成;目前团队与福州大学、浙江工业大学、浙江师范大学、浙江理工大学、常州大学、江西理工大学等高校合作培养研究生,现有在读联合培养研究生30余人。团队依托嘉兴市分子识别材料与传感技术重点实验室平台,是一支专业扎实、朝气蓬勃、团结进取、知识结构互补、富有创新精神的研究团队。团队教师主要承担分析化学、有机化学、物理化学、应用化学等相关课程,团队教师在分析检测技术、材料合成、催化、生物与化学传感、分子发光、现代分离分析等方面具有较丰富的经验。

团队教师注重培养本科生的创新能力和综合能力的培养,积极指导应用化学、制药工程和化学工程等专业学生参与大学生创新计划项目、化学竞赛、环境生态竞赛和挑战杯,通过学生的努力与团队教师的精心指导,学生获得了国创、省创、挑战杯特等奖、竞赛一等奖、二等奖、三等奖等。


主要研究领域:

1. 基于表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)的现场快速分析方法研究与仪器研制:利用SERS超高的灵敏度和拉曼光谱本身快速检测的优点,开展面向现场快速分析的应用研究,包括便携式拉曼光谱仪的研发,以及针对环境、食品及医院临床诊断中的检测对象,设计SERS活性基底、研制检测仪器并优化检测方法。

2. 单细胞、单粒子和单分子水平检测方法研究:主要围绕单粒子局域表面等离子体共振传感器及传感阵列的构建、单粒子表面增强电化学发光传感体系研究、单分子水平的表面增强拉曼光谱及其传感应用以及基于荧光、拉曼与暗场三位一体的单细胞成像分析等方面开展相关工作。

3. 分子识别材料的制备及其分析应用:基于分子识别材料对分析对象具有高选择性的特点,采用分子印迹、核酸适配体、免疫等技术制备分子识别材料,并将其应用于分子荧光传感器、电化学传感器和分离分析。

4. 生物传感器:利用抗体-抗原特异性作用、DNA纳米技术,构建特异性的电致化学发光、分子荧光、电化学的免疫和DNA生物传感器,并应用于食品安全、环境监测、生物、疾病早期诊断等分析领域。

5. 先进催化材料与清洁能源研究:聚焦碳中和、清洁能源高效利用领域,致力于新型催化材料的开发及其在锂电池、超级电容器、光电催化制氢、二氧化碳利用等领域的应用。


社会服务领域:

食品与环境安全检测、临床早期疾病精准检测、产品质量控制与标准化等合作领域;对接国家检验检测高技术服务业集聚区(浙江)相关科研院所、企业,开展合作研究、平台建设与技术开发。
