报告摘要
Bioenergy has been seen increasingly as a renewable and clean energy source. Biomass conversion technologies including direct combustion, thermo-chemical conversation and biological conversion technologies will be introduced. For fast pyrolysis technology, rice husks were pyrolyzed in a 1-5 kg/h bench-scale fluidized-bed reactor. The effect of hot vapor filtration (HVF) was investigated to filter the solid particles and biochar. The results showed that the total bio-oil yield decreased from 41.7 wt.% to 39.5 wt. % by weight and the bio-oil had a higher water content, higher pH, and lower alkali metal content when using HVF. One hundred and twelve different chemical compounds were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).In addition, pine sawdust was pyrolyzed in order to investigate the effects of selective condensation on bio-oil characterization. The results showed that the total bio-oil, the gases and the char yields were 41.5 wt.%, 43.3 wt.%, 15.2 wt.% respectively and 86.2 wt. % water steam was condensed in condenser 1. Furthermore, a commercial-scale biomass fast pyrolysis plant with biomass throughput of 1-3 T h-1 has been developed for bio-oil production and its performance has been investigated. For biogas technology, biogas production from undiluted chicken manure and maize silage: A study of ammonia inhibition in high solids anaerobic digestion is introduced. Impacts of alkaline hydrogen peroxide pretreatment on chemical composition and biochemical methane potential of agricultural crop stalks is given.

个人简历
刘荣厚,男,现任上海交通大学农业与生物学院资源与环境系长聘教授、博导,农业与生物学院生物质能工程研究中心主任。曾任国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,现兼任教育部高等学校教学指导委员会副主任委员(2018-2022)。兼任中国沼气学会、中国农业工程学会等国家级学会理事;担当《Fuel Processing Technology》、《IJABE》2个SCI期刊编委、《太阳能学报》等5个EI期刊编委等职务。1984年以来,一直从事生物质能与环境保护方面的教学、科研与培训工作,1995年赴日本筑波国际研修中心研修9个月,1997-1999年在中国科学技术大学动力工程及工程热物理学科做博士后研究,2000-2001年赴英国阿斯顿大学工作一年,2002年赴日本广岛大学做客座教授3个月,2007年赴瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院合作研究3个月,2008年度美国康奈尔大学-唐氏基金获得者,2014年赴英国阿斯顿大学合作研究3个月,2015年赴芬兰阿尔托大学合作研究3个月。在科研方面,几年来,主持及参加科研课题20余项,获得多项奖励。主编著作及教材9部,发表SCI及EI论文150余篇,获国家发明专利授权24项。被农业部聘为全国农村能源综合建设专家,入选省级百千万人才工程百人层次,先后获得第七届中国农学会青年科技奖,省级优秀青年骨干教师,省级农村能源综合建设先进工作者等荣誉。目前,主要从事生物质热裂解制取生物油技术,沼气技术,生物炭技术,农业生物质特性分析,能源系统等方面的研究。
